I have TRIED to fix the errors.....I wind up creating new pages and not fixing the stuff on the page thats wrong.....so I give up. I left notes in the discussion parts about it for the pages mentioned and I have uploaded the icons numerous times to no avail.

but still glad that there is SOME information, instead of none at all.

Would you mind posting links to some of those pages here or in a PM to me and I'll look into it. Also I assume that you tried clearing your cache to see if that was the problem with the image(s)?
